Before Processing
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for production or shipment.

Production / Shipment
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
01Wrong Product
Wrong product delivered
02Damaged
Product received in damaged condition
03Defect
Manufacturing defect
04Incorrect Size
Incorrect size received if different from the ordered size
To request a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
×Customized or personalized products
×Products damaged due to customer misuse
×Used or washed products
×Requests made after the return window

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
