Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HangerFit, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for production or shipment.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect size received (if different from the ordered size)

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Used or washed products
  • Requests made after the return window

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

Replacement

If eligible, a replacement product may be shipped instead of issuing a refund.
